By purchasing and ordering products or services offered on Mystic Gemstones.com you are also agreeing to this agreement. If you do not want to enter into this agreement with Mystic Gemstones.com, you may not access or use the website to purchase our products using this website or make an order through the website.

Payments

For payment we accept the following: PayPal (with confirmed address), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or money orders and cashier checks through the mail. Payment must be received within 10 days after order is placed or it will be considered abandoned. If payment is NOT received within the specified period, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without notification at anytime within the 10 days. For help or questions on how to pay us, or our address for money orders please contact us. Arizona Residents pay applicable tax.

General Terms and Conditions

At Mystic Gemstones™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase through this network. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, simply return the item as specified in Mystic Gemstones's return policy within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Any item that has been sized, altered by a third party, sold as scratch and dent or otherwise deemed non-returnable is not covered under our return policy. Such items are sold as-is and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless we explicitly grant permission in writing. After 30 days, Mystic Gemstones™ cannot guarantee any warranties and disclaims all warranties to the full extent permissible by law.

The use of SliverTribe.com is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. However, those between the ages of 13 and 18 can use the website with permission from their parents. By visiting or ordering products on this website, you represent to Mystic Gemstones™ that you meet our age requirements.

Pricing and Ordering

All pricing you see on Mystic Gemstones.com is listed in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping, handling and sales tax (when applicable) will also be added to the cost of your order. We reserve the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to you. Descriptions of or references to products or services on the website do not constitute a warrantee. If there are errors in a description of a product, we will not be held responsible, but we will do our best not to have such errors as well as fix them in a timely manner. An order receipt or confirmation does not constitute Mystic Gemstones's acceptance of an order. You agree that we reserve the right at any time after your receipt to accept or decline your order, even after receipt of your order and a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity or refuse service to any customer at any time without prior notification.

We have a huge selection of Native American jewelry, Southwestern jewelry, fashion jewelry and other types of jewelry and art from around the world. While our catalog consists of items of all types, primarily Native American, due to customer demand we also carry items that are not Native American. Some of these items are made overseas and in different parts of the world. This vast selection of items allows us to continually offer our customers the best selection of products at the best prices possible. In the absence of specific certification, we do not guarantee or claim that any of our items are authentic Indian art or craft as defined by the laws of the State of Arizona or the laws of any jurisdiction. Products may be produced but are not limited to being produced in the United States, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, China, India, and others.

Before we ship your product, we make sure it is polished and clean. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you give us the right to remove stickers and other packaging needed to ensure the product is delivered to you in the best condition possible. This may include ink, tags, stickers and other packaging or writing, which will be removed at our discretion when needed.

If any of our products are listed with an incorrect price for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been placed and your credit card charged. However, if your credit card was charged and your order refused or cancelled, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of your cancelled order. 

Shipping Policy

We hardly ever have any claims, but if an item is lost in the mailing process, customer will collect money from us after we collect money from the mailing service. We will be as helpful as possible during the process.

By purchasing an item or using this site, you agree that all risk of loss and title for any products listed on this site purchased by you and shipped by Mystic Gemstones will pass to you once the item reaches the carrier for delivery to your address. The risk of loss and title for products purchased by you and shipped by any of Mystic Gemstones's vendors will pass from the vendor to you upon delivery to the carrier for the carrier's delivery to you. As a service to our customers, Mystic Gemstones™ will assume responsibility for damage or loss in transit or non deliveries upon receiving a written claim within 30 days of the shipment date or 20 days from the date the item was delivered to your specified address. Our assumption of responsibility is terminated if we do not receive a timely written claim. Mystic Gemstones's responsibility is limited to replacement of the merchandise, or at our sole discretion, return of the purchase minus the shipping charges. Any package that is signed for at your specified address will be considered delivered to your specified address.

Amendments or changes to these policies will become effective immediately upon being posted to the website. It is your responsibility to review the website from time to time for modifications to this agreement. All text, images, logos, descriptions, graphics, photos and other material on this website, collectively considered "content" can be discontinued, corrected, deleted, updated or changed at any time without prior notice. This includes changes in pricing.
